Notice and purpose
When we collect personal data we tell you what is collected and why. We process it only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, such as responding to enquiries and managing admissions.
Consent
- Consent is free, specific, informed and given by a clear affirmative action, for example by submitting the enquiry form after reading this notice.
- You may withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing done before it, and we will stop processing unless the law requires otherwise.
Rights of the Data Principal
Under the Act you have the right to:
- Obtain a summary of your personal data and the processing activities.
- Request correction, completion, updating or erasure of your data.
- Have your grievances addressed (see our Grievance Redressal Policy).
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity.
Children's data
For anyone under 18, we process personal data only with verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. We do not track, monitor the behaviour of, or target advertising at children. See Child and Student Privacy.
Security and breaches
We take reasonable security safeguards to prevent personal data breaches. If a breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected persons as required by law.
