What we collect
Student name, class, board, subjects, contact details of parents or guardians, and academic information such as attendance and test performance, as needed for teaching and communication.
Parental consent
We process a child's personal data only with verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. By submitting an enquiry or admission details for a child, the parent or guardian confirms that consent.
What we do not do
- We do not track or monitor children's behaviour online.
- We do not use children's data for advertising or marketing to children.
- We do not publish a student's photograph, name or marks without written consent of the parent or guardian.
Safeguards
Access to student records is limited to staff who need it. Records are kept only as long as necessary and then deleted or anonymised.
Parent rights
Parents and guardians may request access to, correction of or deletion of their child's data, or withdraw consent, by writing to mishravikram818@gmail.com.
